The article explores some of the challenges of MEX Pathway #2, our ongoing initiative to develop best practice for experiences which engage the user across multiple digital touchpoints. This will be explored in more depth at the next MEX in September 2012.

We’re already seeing multi-touchpoint services evolve from simple content replication to more sophisticated frameworks which use the new capabilities of each platform to create experiences greater than the sum of their parts.
