Roaming in revenues at Telefonica’s Spanish mobile unit were nearly a quarter lower in Q4 2009 compared to Q4 2008, highlighting the impact of the new EU-imposed price caps on wholesale roaming prices. They totalled EUR 153m for 2009, down 22.8% on 2008. (PDF Link)
