Video - Priya Prakash, Creative Director at Nokia, on the delicate art of balancing commercial imperative and user experience
At the last MEX in May 2009, we challenged Priya Prakash, Creative Director for Consumer Experience at Nokia, to take on one of the toughest topics: how can you strike a balance between the commercial imperative of revenue generation techniques and the quality of user experience. Priya bought a wealth of practical advice to the session from her time with the successful mobile community Flirtomatic, as well as a wider strategic view on how consumers perceive value.
It was a memorable presentation and is now available to view freely on the MEX web-site, alongside the slides and the MEX Manifesto statement she was responding to.
Stay tuned for more MEX videos as we get closer to the next Conference on 19th - 20th May 2010.
