What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in laying the foundation of the design culture at Kivra, which means you will be driving change. So you need to be a team player, with a positive mindset. You are self-driven and always makes decisions with a clear reason why. You don’t hesitate to do required changes and dare to make tough decisions. This role is about building something new. You’ll be a part of pushing our design process, user centricity and design culture by actively engage in design teamwork. You will collaborate with designers and developers to build a consistent UI and experience across the whole customer journey. Additionally you will help shape the user centric design culture, strengthen the design team and shape the future for a service used by millions of people.

We’re looking for
We’re looking for a product designer who will help us take Kivra to the next level. Kivra has grown rapidly during the past years. With more than 3 million users and close to 15 000 companies and organisations communicating with their customers through our service, it’s time to step up our user experience. This means pretty much everything from methodology, user insights to visual design. You will be collecting insights and turn them into value-adding features and actionable deliverables. We expect you to take ownership and team up with our developers and be the go-to person in UX/UI related questions. If this sounds like it’s just about everything you want to do. We want to meet you. Furthermore we think that you have:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a visual and UX designer.
  • A strong understanding of user experience, interaction design and visual design both for native apps and web platforms.
  • A background from working in a cross functional team with agile processes and user centric methods.
