Ivo is contributing to Pathway #1 at the next MEX on 30 Nov – 01 Dec 2010, entitled: ‘Define more efficient user experience techniques for an age of network austerity’.

His design background is diverse, spanning mobile, medical and automotive. Currently, he leads a team of 20 user experience designers at Vodafone.

His session at MEX – ‘Choose your speeding road – defining a performance strategy‘ – focuses on how to deliver the essentials of a great customer experience in the most efficient way, optimising for network conditions, device capabilities and context.
