Willem Boijens, Marketing, innovation, design executive, VodafoneOne of the toughest challenges in delivering multi-platform experiences is understanding how you can maintain consistency and quality across multiple device types, dropped connections and varying network speeds. Willem has been thinking a lot about these challenges recently for one of the world’s leading network operators and we’re thrilled he’ll be sharing his knowledge with us at MEX. His session is entitled ‘Maintaining purity of user experience in an uncertain environment of multiple network connections and devices‘.
