UX veterans launch adaptable UI application

The former team from Advanced Recognition Technologies (ART), a pioneer of natural mobile input systems bought by Nuance for about USD 20m in November 2004, has launched a new application for adaptable user interfaces. The management includes Eran Ahoronson and Itay Riemer, both previously with ART.

Intuitive UI is being made available first for Android devices. It learns each user’s behavioural patterns and adjusts the user interface accordingly, tracking parameters such as time, frequency of use and location in an attempt to pre-empt the users needs. For instance, if a user always checks their email at a certain time each morning, it will automatically raise this UI element to prominence.
