With just 18 days left until the next MEX Conference, there’s been a tremendous amount going on.
Firstly, I’m delighted to announce Garrett Johnston, Group Strategy Director at the fast growing Russian operator MTS, will be giving a keynote at MEX next month. He’ll be providing insight into how operators are thinking about user experience at board level and providing a vision for what good customer experience could really mean in the future.
It gives me great pleasure to welcome back MEX alumnus Willem Boijens, who many of you already know from his design leadership at Vodafone, who will be returning to the MEX Conference to share new ideas about the future of multi-platform user experience.
Willem and Garrett join the carefully selected list of speakers, who will be shaping the user experience agenda at the Conference on 19th/20th May.
Also, today is your last opportunity to enter the MEX User Experience Awards. They close tonight (30th April) at 23:00 London time.
And finally, I’ve just been reviewing the menus for the summer BBQ we’ll be holding on the first night of the MEX Conference to celebrate the MEX Awards. It’s set to be a great evening – I hope you’ll join us (everyone who’s bought their MEX Conference ticket is already invited!).
