Mike is the founder of 160characters, an organisation which promotes awareness of mobile messaging through a range of activities such as newsletters, seminars and the Global Messaging Industry Awards. A recognised expert in this field, Mike is also a journalist and a frequent speaker on the international conference circuit.
He will chair the opening session on Day Two of MEX, entitled: “Delivering mobile services and building customer trust.” The debate focuses on the intangible elements which comprise a user’s overall perception of a service, ranging from the delivery method employed to the strength of the subscriber’s existing relationship with a particular brand.
