Scott is the founder of Usable Products Company and widely recognised as a leading practioner in the field of mobile user experience. His team has recently completed a client engagement for Vodafone’s Simply project, designing handsets which provide ‘back to basics’ voice and text capabilities and a strong emphasis on usability.

Usable Products Company has also conducted an in-depth study recording the experience of downloading media content using a wide range of different handsets and operators in the US market. The research, which includes extensive qualitative observations and quantitative data has been hailed as a benchmark in usability testing in the mobile industry.

Scott will participate in the Day Two panel at MEX entitled “Delivering mobile services and building customer trust,” and present an INSIGHT presentation discussing the results of his recent usability studies.
