Dr. Ulrich Leiner leads the user experience department at Siemens Communications. He and his team are responsible for the usability of Siemens’ mobile and cordless devices. This includes running the Com usability lab, assessment and transfer of UI-innovations and internationalisation.
Ulrich will participate in the Day One panel at MEX entitled: “Understanding the customer,” alongside Dave Evans, CTO at SurfKitchen, Mark Strecker, VP of Business Development at MSX and Charlie Dawson, founder and partner at The Foundation. The session is chaired by Will Harris, CEO of creative agency The Bank and former Head of Marketing at O2.
Ulrich holds a PhD in Mathematics from Technical University of Munich and has over 15 years experience in industrial research and development of man-machine interaction design.
