I’m delighted to announce Mike Stevens of WPP’s Research International will deliver the keynote in the opening panel session of the MEX conference on 31st May. Mike leads the Vodafone Group Insights account at Research International and is responsible for overseeing Vodafone’s global customer satisfaction programme, consumer testing of new mobile products and services and customer segmentation research.
Mike has worked extensively in telecoms, technology, industrial markets and financial services. Prior to his current role, he was with Kae: marketing intelligence and Rubus, an internet strategy consultancy.
He joins Anat Amir, Head of Usability at O2, Peter Baldwin, CEO of MSX and Matt Millar, Head of Consulting at Adobe, on the panel entitled: ‘Simply a better experience‘.
