We’re delighted to introduce a new member of the MEX team, Norbert Metzner, who joins as Research Director and has played a key role in forming the new Manifesto. Norbert brings in-depth knowledge of digital industry and mobile user experience from his previous leadership roles, including Head of Mobile Devices at Vodafone, Vice President of Terminal Management at T-Mobile and, more recently, as principal of his own consulting practice. Norbert also became a Managing Partner at Hein Consulting in mid-2009. The MEX Conference in December will be co-hosted by Norbert and MEX founder Marek Pawlowski.
