The programme for MEX/16 examines a future four years from now and asks:

What are the new strategies and design methods to translate customer insight into next generation digital experiences?

The question transcends product categories, from smartphones to wearables, and industry verticals, from device manufacturers to design agencies. It is set in a future we know is coming: where digital industry must concern itself with artificial intelligence, multi-sensory interfaces, service design at unprecedented scale and commercial primacy for UX.
